NOTE: it's a person who makes accurate prophecies, but due to a coghaz effect, nobody believes her
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a standard humanoid containment cell. Limited access access to books and pictures are to be provided to reward good behavior. All SCP-XXXX-1 events should be reported to the project director and ignored.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a middle-aged female, with DNA testing suggesting Greek ancestry. It claims to be a seer, and will occasionally produce prophecies (referred to as instances of SCP-XXXX-1) of dubious value about future extranormal events. Some time after the prophecy, SCP-XXXX will claim it has been fulfilled. To date, no evidence has supported those claims.
Addendum 1: SCP-XXXX-1 events
Date | Prediction | Actual result |
---|---|---|
? | "A great lizard shall wreak havoc upon these lands, but shall eventually be captured." | All known containment breaches during this time (SCP-YYY, SCP-160, SCP-682, SCP-████, and SCP-████) were too dissimilar to the description. |
2000 election | "A powerful empire shall choose its leader, but it shall be consumed in confusion." | SCP-XXXX's prediction is not considered notable due to the US Presidential Election being public knowledge. |
? | todo | Personnel were too occupied by the ongoing SCP-1425 breach to notice any events that matched the description. |
