SECTION 1

MISSION STATEMENT

To every single one of you who is now standing in front of me, congratulations. You can be damned proud of yourselves for coming this far after all the trials you have faced. But what you went through is just the beginning, not only of a new chapter of your careers but a new era. As our motto says, we are the ones who will spearhead contemporary parasecurity.

Outside the world is a disaster, but they have no idea of the monsters and threats behind the Veil. Although for years our conventional methods have kept chaos at bay, the world is changing. Chaos never stops. It changes. And the outside world is not ready to adapt to these new changes. That's why Omega-7 was created, and that's why you have been chosen to fight in it.

Our mission remains the same: to secure Normalcy, to contain the darkness, and to protect the innocent. Desperate times call for desperate means, and we are the desperate measures.

Mobile Task Force Omega-7, also known as "Pandora's Box", is a special experimental operations force unit with a high emphasis on using unconventional warfare means, primarily applied utilization of abnormal objects and humanoids (SCPs). Created as a part of cooperation between the United States Paranatural Warfare Command (PWC)¹ and the Security Containment & Protection Foundation (SCPF) under the operational control of the Bowe Commission. The Task Force's missions primarily involve counterterrorism, counter-insurgency operations, recontainment, covert operations, initial anomaly engagement, direct combat, and special reconnaissance against high-value targets.

SECTION 2

ASSET(S) RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

SCP-076-2 - "Able":

1. All communications between SCP-076-2 and Team "Overkill" is between Sergeant Ezra Breckenridge [Ω7-001] and Agent Taylor Rackley [Ω7-008]. Other agents and operatives who have to communicate with SCP-076-2 must do it through these two agents.
2. In the case that SCP-076-2 needs to communicate with Team "Spyglass" or viceversa, it is recommended that communication be done between SCP-076-2 and Agent Adrian Andrews [Ω7-014]. However, Agent Andrews [Ω7-014] is currently incentivized to relegate communication to Captain Neil Ghost, in order for Subject Able to identify him as its superior.
3. All combat and research personnel related and/or knowing about the containment of ███-███², are forbidden to mention all and any information regarding the subject to SCP-076-2.
4. The current psychological profiling of SCP-076-2 is directed by Dr. Philip Grant, and observed by Agent Andrews [Ω7-014], but MTF Ω-7 agents are advised to inform the director or the agent of any behavior that may contribute to Subject Able's psychological profile.
5. Although communication and socialization is currently limited between SCP-076-2 and the rest of MTF Ω-7, it is necessary that Subject Able is socially integrated with the task force. The personnel and assets who SCP-076-2 holds in highest regard are recommended to incentivize to Subject Able to socialize more with the rest of the task force.
6. All agents of MTF Ω-7 are provided with a killswitch that activates SCP-076-2's collar (see Section 4), but the activation of the collar is restricted only when Subject Able shows clear signs of distress or loss of control from its superiors. Activation of the collar should be done only under extreme circumstances.³
7. In the case that SCP-076-2 is neutralized for insubordination, once is remanifets, communication with the anomaly will be strictly done by one of the following individuals: Director Ethan Abeln, General Willis Bowe, and Sergeant Ezra Breckenridge. This is meant to assess the reasoning behind Subject Able's insubordination and attempt to resolve the situation, and avoid a similar incident in the future.

SCP-105 - "Iris Thompson":

1. All operations where SCP-105 is deployed are strictly for reconnaissance and intelligence gathering. Because of this, all operatives in Team "Spyglass" and other MTF Ω-7 teams are forbidden to put SCP-105 in direct combat with any enemy forces.
2. Following Rule of Engagement 105.1, Agent Andrews [Ω7-014] and Agent Beatrix Maddox [Ω7-015] are in charge of SCP-105 in its missions, and are tasked with keeping the asset safe.
3. In the case that missions do not allow for Rule of Engagement 105.1, and the life of the agents in Rule of Engagement 105.2 are also at risk, Team "Spyglass" must evacuate the operation area immediately to keep SCP-105 safe. This rule of engagement may be overriden by direct order of General Bowe or Dr. Grant.
4. In the case that the previous rules of engagement cannot be fulfilled, and the mission requires it, Subject Iris has complete approval to defend itself and utilize the equipment given to the asset (see Section 4).
5. All agents who work with SCP-105 are reminded that the anomaly has not reached the legal age of adulthood, and must treat the asset accordingly to its age.
6. Because of Rule of Engagement 105.5, SCP-105 should not be debriefed with any highly classified information known to the rest of Team "Overkill". Subject Iris will be informed of any information that should be known to it by Captain Ghost.
7. If an operation is conducted alongside Team "Overkill", all Team "Spyglass" agents must not allow SCP-105 near SCP-076-2.⁴

SPECIFICATIONS

• Because of the asset's current role and age, SCP-105 is currently equipped with the following items: a Glock 19, a pepper spray and a stun gun. Subject Iris is also equipped with the paranormal objects listed in Section 4.1, in the cases that it is required for operations.
• Because of SCP-076-2 rejection of modern weapons and firearms, SCP-076-2 only utilizes cold weapons when deployed in combat. At the moment, the Commission cannot limit the type of weaponry that Subject Able will utilize in combat, so it is advised for all operatives to be careful around SCP-076-2 when the team engages with an enemy.
• Because of the current role of Team Spyglass, reconnaissance and intelligence gathering, the team with three General Atomics MQ-1 Predator and two RQ-4 Global Hawk to aid during operations.
• Medical equipment during combat operations will be different in MTF Ω-7: because of the direct combat roles of Team Overkill, field medics that are part of the team are equipped with the Standard Foundation First Aid Kit (SFFAK). If Team Spyglass is deployed in the same operation with Team Overkill, and major injuries are performed on operatives of either team, Team Spyglass' combat medics are equipped with an Advanced Foundation Aid Kit (AFAK) to perform major medical treatments to personnel, as well as the authority to discharge heavily wounded-in-action personnel from the mission.

SECTION 4.2

PARANORMAL OBJECT(S) ALLOWANCES

Because of the purpose of utilizing SCPs and anomalous objects in Omega-7, the agents and assets are allowed to possess and utilize authorized anomalies after peer-review by the Assistant Director of the Bowe Commission, Dr. Philip Grant. At the moment, Omega-7 is authorized to allows for the following paranormal objects:

1. SCP-006: The regenerative properties of SCP-006 are valuable for the operations Ω-7 is deployed. In the case that deployed agents cannot be adequately treated with their AFAK, vials of SCP-006 have been administered to Ω-7 personnel and are only to be used in extreme situations.⁶
2. SCP-061: SCP-061 has the ability to stop brain activity and allow subjects fo follow commands, SCP-061 has been authorized to be deployed in combat as a means to deceive combatants and cause the equivalent of mass psychogenic illnesses on enemies.⁷
3. SCP-143: The properties of SCP-143 allow for the construction of close combat weapons and armor. Because of this, all Ω-7 agents are allowed to construct their preferable combat knifes with SCP-143 and even reinforce their armors with the object.
4. SCP-212: Ω-7 agents are allowed to submit themselves to SCP-212 for enhancements after a proper clinical review and psychological analysis by Dr. Everett Mann. Ω-7 must be completely aware of the consequences of SCP-212's procedure may result in. After careful consideration, Ω-7 personnel are not allowed to use SCP-212 for enhancements. If such request is made, the personnel will be suspended from Ω-7 until further notice. Only under extreme circumstances, when the personnel has suffered from grave injuries that cannot be fixed under conventional surgeries, may SCP-212 be utilized.⁸⁹
5. SCP-427: SCP-427's regenerative abilities allow Ω-7 agents to recover from heavy injuries sustained during combat, and the anomaly has been authorized to be used in those situations. However, agents must keep in mind that prolonged exposure to SCP-427 can cause in heavy mutations of tissue, and therefore are asked to constantly monitor their use of SCP-427 before they become victim of the anomaly's side effects.
6. SCP-500: Because of the biochemical benefits that SCP-500 possesses, it has been approved to be used by Ω-7. However, because of the limit of pills, current copies made by SCP-038 are only allowed. These copies are added in both regular and advanced Ω-7 medical kits.¹⁰
7. SCP-515: The current abilities that SCP-515's possesses have been experimented with SCP-105 and have been compatible with its abilities. After authorization from Dr. Kondraki, the creator of SCP-515, SCP-105 has been allowed to use SCP-515 to understand the extent of its anomalous abilities. Although SCP-105-B is also useful, SCP-515's special characteristics are far more favorable for SCP-105 in operations. Therefore, SCP-105-B is to be used mostly for on-site experimentation with Subject Iris.¹¹
8. SCP-668: Previously, it was proposed that SCP-668 to be utilized by SCP-076-2, but the subject denied the proposal because of the creation of SCP-668's apathy field to surrounding subjects when used. Because SCP-668 is capable of incapacitating combatants, SCP-668 has been given to SCP-105 after its combat knife training, in order to defend itself against attackers and avoid being injured during damage, with the apathy field created by SCP-668 as a reassurance for Subject Iris' safety.

SECTION 5

PER-MEMBER PROVISIONS

Because MTF Ω-7 is meant to use humanoid SCPs on the field, several accomodations have been made to improve the efficiency of the assets as well as the agents of the task force.

1. In accordance with SCP-076-2's desire that Agent Taylor Rackley [Ω7-008] to serve as his second, Agent Rackley has been given his own sword by SCP-076-2 as a symbol of his valor by Subject Able.
2. Because of the risks that SCP-105 may encounter during operations, it is allowed to have both SCP-500 and SCP-006 in its medical kit in case of heavy injury.
3. In accordance to Senior Agent Allen West's [Ω7-016] role in Team "Spyglass", he has been authorized to carry SCP-157 during operations.

5. Currently, since the introduction of the Mark 48 to the Special Operations Command, the Bowe Commission is looking for the acquisition of Mk 498s to relace the current M60.

6. Of course, we can't depend solely on the water that SCP-006. At the moment, we're studying the regenerative properties of SCP-006 and figure out if it can be replicated for mass production. This will benefit the Foundation and Ω-7 in the long run if successful. — Dr. Arvind Desai

10. I've formed a research team to deepen the study of SCP-500 and attempt to synthesize a copy that has the same effectiveness as an original SCP-500. The possible applications of SCP-500, if we break through with this discovery, will be of great benefit not only for the task force, for the commission, or the Foundation.
