Summary: A group of military officers, federal officials, politicians, scientists, and businessmen that believe in the values of the Bowe Commission, the application of paranormal activities to protect the United States' national security and foreign policy. Scattered across the Pentagram, the FBI's Unusual Incidents Unit, the Central Intelligence Agency, as well as the entire American intelligence community, government offices, public enterprises, and even the SCP Foundation itself. The Sons of Bowe have a cult of personality around the Bowe family, and is founded on ideas such as: American exceptionalism, pro-interventionism, liberal internationalism, neoconservatism and the establishment of the Pax Americana.
Goals: Gain overwhelming influence over United States Federal Government and eventually take full control of the United States of America; Undermine power of the SCP Foundation and, maybe, abolish the organization (or, rather, completely take over American part of it).
Tactics: The Cognoscenti are not an openly offensive organization, and instead operate covertly by obtaining capital and human resources, as well as establishing connections with members of the United States governments as well as other Groups of Interest to do their bidding. When completely necessary, the Cognoscenti deploy their military wing, composed of a small unit of experimental super soldiers.
