A ΔK-class “Omniversal Destabilization” event is currently ongoing, and thus preparations are underway. While preparations are underway, low-ranking personnel are to be terminated at a steady rate, and then contained in a cold storage room at Site-44 for provisional purposes.

Personnel capable of perceiving the text contained within this file are, technically, legally authorized regardless of security clearance. In accordance, however, with Level 6 security clearance specifications, personnel below Level 6 security clearance fitting the above description are to be immediately terminated.
The full scale of a ΔK-class event's effects remain unknown.
Personnel that are beginning to exhibit erratic behavior are to be separated from the primary human population terminated. The corpses of said personnel are to be disposed of via any possible means.
